About the Contest
Elly and I planned this art show to inspire hope in sustainability, to combat the dread of “what change can one person make”?
Each piece is built to show the possibilities, the fun, and the variety of waste. Each American produces around 1 metric ton of waste of year, due to the lack of products built to be recycled. While we wait for our recycling to begin, we tasked our artists with using the materials to create whatever they saw the pieces to be!
